SIEMENS made a video of the FLUIDESIGN Group’s team to demonstrate the use of the LMS Amesim platform.

The LMS Amesim platform is used by our engineering entity CEREBRUM. Our customer developed a new machine to install railway tracks in the London subway. The impressive machine was never manufactured before. In partnership with METALLIANCE, we modeled the entire machine on the LMS Amesim platform using many of the libraries acquired by FLUIDESIGN. The virtual model allowed for a better overview of the machine behaviors by understanding and anticipating them.
Our experience with the platform enables rapidity and efficiency to help our customers save months on trial and errors and on prototyping. It ensures to the customer profits with the best results for the final product.
We also developed the machine’s hydraulics through our FLUID-SYSTEM entity who offers custom fluid power solutions. The electronics was programed by our DESIGN-TRONIC team to optimize all the machine’s performances.
This project was successful due to the synergy and the technical expertise of our different teams. FLUIDESIGN Group proposed a complete solution from inception to parts manufacturing.
