August 2014, Ukraine, the French company Brochard has established a new world record in spreading 4 217 tonnes (4648 US tons) of manure on more than 221 hectares (546 acres) in 24 hours.
The highly technical Brochard Spreader with a capacity of 50 tonnes (55 US tons) was towed by a New-Holland 500 hp tractor.

The Hydraulic Division (FLUID-SYSTEM) supplied a robust and compact hydraulic block for the achievement of this performance; this component enables the power control of the Spreader functions.
